How do we work?
By employing the services of our team to send your package, you can rest assured knowing it is being delivered in a safe and secure manner.

How to track my deilvery?
Access the Delivery Menu
Click on submenu Tracking
Once the page is opened enter
– Your order ID
– Your email address
You will find all information about your Order/delivery
– Delivery Information
– Driver position every 20 minutes
– You can add a note to the tracking process – we will update the driver
How to place an Order?
The quickest way to place an Order is online
– Go to the Delivery menu
– Click on Order Delivery

What if y delivery is late?
Sometimes we experience issues that cause a slight delay with your delivery. We work hard to recover this so that you’re not affected, but if we get it wrong then we’re sorry we didn’t deliver when we said we would.
Where possible we will inform you of any delay and you can check the current status of your delivery via email (status sent) or text message.
